When overriding the proposed date field in the event handler or via the
exported function the value is not being propagated to the DatePicker Control.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run included test program
2. Changed the date
3. Watch the output in the output window.
Actual Results:  
NSDatePicker controls date stays the same and is not modified with the
overriden value.

Expected Results:  
NSDatePicker controls date be modified with the overriden value.
