I get the same result with Visual Studio or your build script:

D/Delta   (13648): test1=test1
D/Delta   (13648): test2=test2
D/Delta   (13648): test3=test1
D/Delta   (13648): test4=MonoDroidApplication1.TestClass2
D/Delta   (13648): Done! Quitting activity...

Also, Jonathan Pryor is correct.  Using the tools that we provide will give you
a lot less headaches than trying to duplicate everything we ship.
