Hi Zoltan - thanks for the explanation.  When DoTest() is compiled in D2 and
typeof(LoadedType) is looked up, is there any reason why the assembly that type
is defined in shouldn't be loaded into D2?  Then the LoadFrom in D2 would
return the pre-loaded assembly, just as it did in D1.
