1) Don't think so, our symbol file format doesn't really support languages
other than C#.

3) Yes, by creating two ExceptionEventRequests using vm.CreateExceptionRequest
(), and checking which request an ExceptionEvent belongs to.
4) Yes, by using ExceptionEvent.Exception.Domain.
5) No idea, probably the same place it writes to without a debugger.
6) Could be.
7) No idea.
