Ok. Let me know how it goes and reopen the bug if necessary.

I copied the test from linux to windows into the c:\dvp directory and run it
from c:\dvp\bin as:
    PartialNameLoader.exe Demo2.Class Demo2 ..\bin2\Demo2.dll
