This error can be reproduced by compiling and running the attached sample
solution. It's a compilation error reported by ASP.NET at run time when
building the Default.aspx page, not by MonoDevelop.

This could be either a compiler bug or an ASP.NET bug. Since the main error
message reports an "Internal compiler error" I'm reassigning to the compiler.
