Are there any plans on fixing this bug?

System.Configuration.Save() does not work as expected in Mono's ASP.NET. I
started reporting about this problem via bug #579837 exactly one year ago.
Unfortunately, there is still no solution to this problem and there seem to be
no plans on fixing it.

>From my point of view, it shouldn't be too difficult to fix such a simple and
basic functionality.
