Description of Problem:
It may be possible to launch a service compiled against .NET 4.0 with
mono-service2, but it's associated with .NET 2.0 framework which can lead to
runtime errors.

How often does this happen? 
Always

Suggested fix:
Integrate a new script "mono-service4" associated with the correct .NET 4.0.

Actually I do copy mono-service2 to mono-service4 and fix it with .NET 4.0
framework.
