Since all stack traces are from MS.NET, I believe you're not testing under Mono
at all.

Also, what does this mean?

Odds are that this bug is belonging to Mono Tools or somewhere else, because
Mono (the runtime) does not install a context menu handly "Run With/MS .NET"
for Visual Studio projects.
