Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gmcs aws_testcase.cs -r:AWSSDK.dll
2. mono --debug aws_testcase.exe AWSSDK.dll

This attempts to copy the file AWSSDK.dll to the S3 cloud.
