Note that X11DesktopColors.cs is looking for e.g. a line that starts with
"background=" (which is case sensitive).  There are no such lines in comment
#1.  Furthermore, for something seemingly similar such as BackgroundNormal,
there are _multiple_ BackgroundNormal's, e.g. [Colors:Button],
[Colors:Selection], etc.

Looks like KDE 4.0 support will involve more than just reading a new file...
