Just FYI, I followed up with another update in master (commits
90f74ba8f2b3f926f023b9e1ed84bb332f991593,
a8362f1a1469ae47ff9b21116f8272f145c115f1) and 2.10 (commit
9d4e229c2e5a378f3186ef6ee10a320f5d71a85d) which replaces SVN usage with GIT and
adds two new options to specify an extra path to the dependency libraries and
specify Mono installation prefix. Also updated documentation at
http://www.mono-project.com/Cross-compiling_Mono_for_Windows
