Description of Problem:
Attaching FailedToReceiveAd event handler to MonoTouch.iAd.ADBannerView causes
application crash.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Compile and run attached application.


Actual Results:

Application crashes.


Expected Results:

Application does not crash.


How often does this happen? 

Always.

Additional Information:

1) Application and crash log attached.
2) Crash can also be caused by deriving ADBannerViewDelegate and overriding
FailedToReceiveAd method (with empty method body).
