When focusing on a control, we cannot use shortcut key of context-menu-strip to
raise ItemClicked event.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build and run solution in attachment.
2. Open form
3. Click "Ctrl + N"
Actual Results:  
nothing happen

Expected Results:  
a message box is shown.

I already know bug and where need to be fixed.
