I will have a look but the signatures do not have to be identical*, only valid
or invalid (i.e. a valid signature generated on windows must be verifiable on
mono/linux, likewise a mono/linux generated signature checked on windows/.net).
FWIW we do have unit tests (some created on Windows, some created on Linux)
that validate this.
* a lot of things can explain differences (e.g. which xml element are present)
but they do not matter
