Proper Unicode support? It is much more surprising that Microsoft does not use
the latest Unicode character database and never supported Unicode collation.
UAX#15 implementation is also inconsistent to Char.GetUnicodeCategory()
implementation. They lack grand design so do we. Anyways, you cannot get
surprised to set inappropriate priority. Read the description for this item
which is explicitly in front of the selector.
