Repro of above issue

First I attempted to create a class to cause the same issue:
HttpLibrary.HttpServer.  However, this new class works just fine.  I included
it in the solution for good measure.

So I was forced to add the necessary classes from our production code that
causes the issue: Omniprise.API  This library is used across many applications
on the desktop that seem to work just fine.

I could not determine the difference in our production code that causes the
failure.

To reproduce, merely Debug the project on a device.  My test device is a 3GS.
