It seems to work here.  How are you determining that the symbols are missing?

- .mdb isn't in the bin folder
- .mdb isn't in the apk  (you can rename .apk to .zip to look inside)
- won't stop at breakpoints in class library

Also make sure you are in Debug configuration, we don't make them in Release.
