Mono for Android applications provide compilation symbols, but it looks like
that doesn't happen on the class library side. Is it possible to provide them
there too? This would make it easier to write cross-platform libraries.

2. Build
Actual Results:  
No Android compilation symbols are provided

Expected Results:  
Android compilation symbols should be provided
