This is mod-mono-server4.

In our system, from time to time we experience the following exception. The ASP
site is running MVC, but the problem is triggered also (mainly) for a simple
aspx page which just calls:

Response.Cache.SetCacheability( HttpCacheability.NoCache);
Response.Write("Alive");

in Page_Init.

No changes in web.config when it happens.
