My patch to bug 426305 fixes the first part of this (loaded half alpha white.)
The loaded no alpha white line always gives 00,00,00,00 however. It still
gives this if I create a 4x4 white png with opacity 0 in gimp and load that
instead. If I increase the opacity in gimp by a notch, then I get FF,FF,FF,02
reported as expected.
