@jpobst: This really should be up to `aapt`, and I'm surprised that `aapt`
reads the //TextView/@id attribute when it's supposed to be reading
//TextView/@android:id.

Regardless, `aapt` _does_ find //TextView/@id (when generating the R.java
file), even though that isn't valid, so I'd be willing to proclaim this (at
least partially) an `aapt` bug.
