When you successfully activate your mono for android installation from within
the device selection dialog inside Visual Studio, the dialog stays open in
trial mode, so you have to cancel the dialog, and re-attempt deployment to get
activated behavior.

We should either update the form to activated mode at the end of activation, or
just close the device dialog before allowing the user to activate.
