Hey guys. I've ported it to mono 2.10, since although it's a version change
that shouldn't normally happen here, it's becoming very likely that
mono.webbrowser is going to either be killed or suffer some significant work in
some way on the next iteration, due to our current lack of usable webbrowser
backends for winforms (mozilla has killed their embedding support, and the
webkit alternative is not ready yet). See if this fixes the current issues and
if any other version bump needs to happen on that package.
