App is crashing when setting event handler to TextView or EditText TextChanged
event.

>From my observations, this happens when linking is set to anything except none
and app is not using shared runtime.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build and run sample.
2.App crashes during start.
Actual Results:  
App crashes.

Expected Results:  
App should not crash.
