I added a TestApp and SdbClient to:
git://github.com/baulig/martins-playground.git

I'm still getting the crash with this test app when running AndroidVS in Visual
Studio.

However, it's not crashing anymore with SdbClient.  I even made it call that
ToString() 10.000 times and it's not crashing.
