Fixed in 6ecd300368458573a55033ae96c3f1fd9267eb3d (master) and
fcf139c432938ccfab3ba2a7372fe1bf28b11e80 (mono-2-8). It was a bug in the way
mod-mono-server set up IApplicationHost instance - physical path of the
application remained set to /, which caused applications served from non-root
virtual paths to fail to map paths properly.
