Two MVC template apps are used for our automation, made from the same project,
one is not pre-compiled and the other one is.

The pre-compiled version fails and sends the following message to the browser:

"This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool, and should not be
deleted!"

rather than the web page.  This last worked in mono-2.6.7 and was overlooked as
I have been focusing on getting xsp4 automation running and fixing failed test
cases caused by dynamic id generation changes and the other interns thought it
was a known test case failure. :(
