Description of Problem:
Attempting to run ChessBoard and SharpChess crashes and throws a
TargetInvocationException (in the debugger).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open ChessBoard.
2. The application crashes and asks if you'd like to debug, say yes.
3. Open the debugger and the exception is shown.


Actual Results:
Application throws an unhandled exception.

Expected Results:
Application should execute.

How often does this happen? 
Always.
