I created an empty web project, added:

     <% Console.WriteLine ("Hi"); %>

inside the <div></div>, and then hit Debug in mono.

The page is served correcly and the breakpoint is not hit.
The debugger process in the mono side has 15 threads (and the parent process of
this one has 11).
