mono-2.8 Preview 6
When using option --with-moonlight=yes, monodis is not compiled.
Without the option, monodis compiles and installs ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.configure --prefix=/opt/mono --with-moonlight=yes
2.make
3.
Actual Results:  
monodis not compiled

Expected Results:  
monodis should exist in source/mono/dis
