I'm experiencing similar problems, in my case I have a 2D graphics application
that I tested with success under Win32 and Linux.
Apart from the flickery and the refresh speed, the rotation goes bad for some
angle values, generating some skewing as well when the transform refers to 90
degrees rotation.
This bug seems to be in the System.Drawing.Matrix class, it would be nice (I'll
try to do this) to have an essential, ten lines code example that reproduces
the bug, to be used as a test case.
