Just tried on my Linux box and this is working fine for me.

I'm using blogengine-1.5-4.1.noarch and mono-core-2.8-48.1.x86_64 on openSuSE
11.2 / x86-64.

However, I don't see the settings link anymore on the home page, I need to
manually enter the URL http://localhost/blogengine/admin/Pages/Settings.aspx.
