[Mono-bugs] [Bug 639394] [Regression] When running a app on the command line using mono, I get an error saying mscorlib cannot be found.

The error is:

"The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the `/usr/lib/mono/2.0/mscorlib.dll'
directory."

I didn't quote the string above.
