I don't really know how mono works when opening a native lib but it would seem
weird to me that it reported non-existance of a DLL if the DLL is there but has
busted references. A quick check to see if this is related to the bug I
mentioned is to add ".so" to the .dll.config mapping if it only contains the
string "libbeagleglue".
