I cannot reproduce this.  I tried both VS2008 and VS2010 to the current public
Mac preview.

- VS2008 or VS2010?
- What is the error message that Visual Studio gives you?
- Run the server with -v, does it give you an error message?
- Try setting Copy Local back to false and see if that fixes it.
