The tasks already support giving the file an arbitrary name via the
<AndroidResgenFile> property
(http://monodroid.net/Documentation/Build_Process#Resgen) and I already updated
the MD templates to move it to Properties/R.designer.cs.

On the build tasks side it's trivial, we simply need to add a
<AndroidResgenClass> element and pass to aresgen.
