Verbose output as requested for the smcs abort trap failure

Hi again, sorry for the big delay (I was on vacation), we could not send the
really verbose output because it was too big (100+ mb) and crashed every editor
on the mac when trying to save the file (including MonoDevelop and TextEdit btw
^^)

In the meantime we have split up the build process into many smaller projects
and now everything compiles fine until this project: Delta.InputSystem, which
results in the same abort trap message as before. The output is 9 MB (zipped
500kb) and attached. I hope it helps, we will try to figure out what feature or
code line is responsible in the meantime by commenting out stuff until it
compiles. Thanks for any help.
