Unicode characters are displayed as squares in Windows.forms.
This problem only appears on Linux, not on Windows.
The attached program is a program which displays 2 chinese characters (测试).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Design a windows form with unicode characters in labels, textboxes, etc.
(any)
2. Run the form in a linux machine using mono.
3. The unicode characters appear as squares.
Actual Results:  
Squares are seen where unicode characters are.

Expected Results:  
The actual characters are supposed to be shown.

This is a pretty important bug to fix, imho, because a good percentage of the
world uses unicode.
