A DLL map that fixes the problem

If the attached config file is placed in
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/2.8/lib/mono/gac/System.Drawing/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a
(and/or
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/2.8/lib/mono/gac/System.Drawing/4.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a)
the bug disappears.
