Summary: Hitting Stop Debugging does not close the window
    Classification: Mono
Product: Mono Tools for Visual Studio
           Version: 1.0
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Windows 7
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 - None
         Component: Debug in Mono
        AssignedTo: martin at novell.com
        ReportedBy: xocotl at gmail.com
         QAContact: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
          Found By: ---

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.11)
Gecko/20101012 Firefox/3.6.11

When I am using Debug in Mono and break into my program, hitting Stop Debugging
in the Debug menu does not close the Mono window. Instead it keeps running, as
if I had hit Detach All. Stop Debugging should terminate the program to be
consistent with normal Visual Studio debugger behavior.

Reproducible: Always
