We have a user control that is ajaxified by RadAjaxManager.

In that websuercontrol we have a button, label and RadAjaxManagerProxy. The
proxy is configured to update the label when the button is clicked. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached project
2.Click on the "CLICK HERE" button
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens (in Mono)

Expected Results:  
The label should be updated by the button
