The mscorlib.dll.so in question was not provided by the RPMs.  I just
double-checked the package contents and there are not AOT'd assemblies in the
packages.  Further I double-checked the .spec files and --disable-system-aot
was explicitly passed to configure because it was found (though this may be
fixed since) to be incompatible with LLVM.

In fact I do not believe we have ever provided AOT'd assemblies with our RPMs
as it was not enabled by default before 2.8 and we have explicitly disabled it
in 2.8.

The only explanation I can think of is that maybe Aaron explicitly AOT'd
mscorlib before upgrading to 2.8.
