I can't specify the correct operating system for MonoTouch bugs because
bugzilla doesn't have an entry for iOS 3.1.3 or iOS 4.1 or in fact any iOS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into bugzilla
2. click Submit bug report
3. Search "Operating System" drop down for iOS
Actual Results:  
There are no iOS entries

Expected Results:  
Should be able to select iOS versions. Or maybe iOS SDKs.
