If I hit debug, and there is only a single device specified/attached, then use
it be default and don't open any windows. Just start debugging.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Android SDK and AVD manager
2. Create a single device, or delete all but one
3. Debug a monodroid app
Actual Results:  
Windows opens asking me which device to use.

Expected Results:  
Should just use the only device.
