Since a proxy Activity is loaded each time an app is run, we currently see a
blank screen until the actual activity gets loaded.  It would be great to have
the ability to display an image (just like the Default.png concept in
MonoTouch) that will appear on the proxy activity, instead of showing users a
blank screen.
