I think this may be a non-issue.

It only does this if I rename a file for example from:

testfile.xml to testFile.xml or vice versa, and since aresgen doesn't like any
uppercase characters, I suppose this issue is irrelevant.  However it's strange
that I don't get an error when I rename to a file with uppercase chars, it just
sort of skips it.

I'm attaching the msbuild log anyways
