What happens is that we expect that this._getPostBackOptionsReference() will
return an object represented as a string which we will evaluate afterwards. 

We could modify our source code to parse this string your way, however it is a
safe bet to say that something else will broke because this is a major
difference.
That is why we do not consider this is a clean solution.
