I like the idea, it should probably have some sort of Moma support at some
point.

But in addition, it might make sense to bring some of those APIs to the iPhone
and Android.   For example IsolatedStorage is exactly what you get by default
on the iPhone, so there is nothing wrong with having a thin wrapper.

The System.Windows namespace is a hodge podge of things, but the Dispatcher API
could be implemented and exposed on iPhone and Android to provide a consistent
'invoke-on-main-thread' API across all phones.
