Cannot reproduce the error. There's no string 'Orr' in the Web.config from the
RPM - Marc, please check whether your test system has any filesystem errors.
Judging from the trace, the data corruption in your Web.config will likely be
in or around the <customErrors> element. Until you confirm that it is a real
issue, I'm demoting the bug status to "minor". Thanks!
